Henna Cones

Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of our handmade henna cones, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on henna cones to ensure product safety and quality.

Non-Perishable Items

For mugs, keychains, and other accessories:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a production defect.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged.
